Our payment terms are as follows:
- Payment Onboard: Immediate settlement upon delivery onboard.
- 15 Days Payment: Payment within 15 days from invoice date.
- 30 Days Payment: Payment within 30 days from invoice date.

Return Policy
Kindly be advised that our company operates a strict No Refund Policy.
Once goods have been supplied, delivered to the nominated place of delivery, and duly received
in good order and condition, as confirmed by the Vessel’s Master or an authorized representative,
no refunds, cancellations, or reversals shall be entertained under any circumstances.
All goods are carefully inspected, packed, and delivered strictly in accordance with the buyer’s
order and specifications. Upon delivery and acceptance, ownership and risk transfer fully to the buyer,
and our responsibility for the goods ceases immediately.
Any loss, damage, deterioration, or incident occurring after delivery and acceptance, whether onboard
the vessel or at the buyer’s designated location, shall be solely at the buyer’s risk and expense.
These terms form an integral part of our Conditions of Sale and shall be deemed accepted upon placement
of an order and or acceptance of our invoice.
